The Major Mike Shipley, Spay & Neuter Clinic is the only low-cost, clinic in the 14 counties of the Upper Cumberland.
Our mission is to provide a non-lethal, responsible solution to pet overpopulation in these 14 counties.
We provide affordable spay and neutering services and subsidize fees with donations for those who cannot afford these services.
